Bosqueville ISD is having a Bond Election.

On May 6th, 2023, Bosqueville ISD community will vote on the district’s $18.8 million bond package.

Why is Bosqueville ISD having a bond?

  • SAFETY & SECURITY

    This bond package will include scope to enclose hallways that are currently open to the outside and will also add perimeter fencing.

  • GROWTH

    New classrooms will be added along with necessary support spaces like a new cafeteria to accommodate the District’s growth.

  • AGING FACILITIES

    Projects will include turning the existing cafeteria into new classroom space, renovating existing classrooms, and renovating the existing band hall.

What all is included in this bond?

  • Enhance site safety and security by adding enclosed hallways and perimeter fencing

  • Add new classrooms to accommodate growth

  • Add new cafeteria with stage and kitchen

  • Renovate existing cafeteria to classroom space

  • Renovate existing classrooms as identified

  • Renovate existing Band Hall

  • Demolition of existing building(s), as needed

How will this affect my taxes?

If the bond passes there will be a 28.11 cent tax impact to the District’s I&S tax rate.
