RE: End of Year Information

Dear Parents/Guardians:

First of all…..THANK YOU! Thank you for your support, patience and partnership during this very challenging school year. We at Bosqueville ISD are so proud of how our students faced adversity throughout this school year, they responded in a positive/successful manner to everything that was asked of them. Throughout all of the challenges they were still able to have success both academically and in extracurricular activities…..that is a testament of how you supported them during a school year that none of us have ever experienced. Congratulations to you and your students.

Moving forward to next year I would like to share some information regarding the 21-22 school year:

  • Reminder that Friday, May 21, 2021, is our last day of school for students….it will be a full day.
  • Beginning May 24, 2021, the BISD School Board has voted to make face coverings optional for students, staff, and visitors to the District.
  • There could be some changes to the Student Dress Code for the 21-22 school year. We will begin work on this in early June so that we can have the changes to you in a timely manner in order for you to be able to get your students ready for the 21-22 school year.
  • BISD will once again be purchasing school supplies for all students (Pre-K – 12) for the 21-22 school year.
  • The 21-22 Academic School Calendar is available on the District website.
  • Summer school information will come from the campuses in the near future as needed.
  • It is the intent of BISD to be back to 100% in-person instruction for students during the 2021-2022 school year….there will be no remote learning offered by BISD for the 2021-2022 school year (contingent on guidance from the Texas Education Agency).

If you have any questions regarding information in this communique’ contact the Campus Principal or me.

Also, I am available during the Summer at the Administration Building, Monday-Thursday from (7:30 am-4:30 pm)……please feel free to come by, email or phone if you have any questions.
